On Wednesday, February 5, 2025, close to 80 members of the Palmetto and Tocqueville Societies gathered for the annual Oyster Roast hosted by The Palmetto Society. The annual event is held to celebrate and thank leadership donors for their generous support of Trident United Way and the Tri-County community.
TUW Palmetto Society and Tocqueville Society members gathered on December 9, 2024 at the Camden Room in the Charleston Visitors Center for the annual Lunch for Impact: Ignite the Light Toward a Brighter Tomorrow. We were thrilled to share all the positive changes achieved in 2023-2024, made possible by the generous support of our leadership donors.
Members of Trident United Way Palmetto Society gathered for A Donation Shell-a-Bration Oyster Roast & Lowcountry Boil on February 7, 2024 at the Cooper River Room in Mount Pleasant. Attendees connected with other philanthropic community supporters, listened to live music and enjoyed views of the Cooper River and Ravenel Bridge. Thank you to all who attended!
In recognition of their generosity and mission support, Trident United Way Palmetto Society members were invited to attend the 2023 Luncheon for Impact on December 11, 2023 at the Camden Room in the Charleston Visitors Center. Attendees learned more about the newly adopted ALICE® Framework, Changemaker Grant Cycle updates and the impact of their investments in the community.
It was a shell-ebration! On February 9, 2023, Trident United Way hosted an oyster roast and lowcountry boil at Bowen's Island to celebrate and thank Palmetto Society members for their continued generosity and support of Trident United Way and our Tri-County community. On December 8th, Trident United Way Palmetto Society hosted the 2022 Luncheon for Impact at Harbour Club at WestEdge. Speakers at this year's event shared highlights from the past year and key impact areas, in addition to information on efforts to improve rates of diabetes in the Tri-County community. Take me out to the ballgame! On April 9th, Trident United Way Palmetto Society members and families braved the chilly temps to gather together and root, root for the hometeam at the Charleston Riverdogs game. Palmetto Society Chair David Morrow threw out the first pitch, and Trident United Way was highlighted on the jumbotron during the game.
On December 2nd, Trident United Way Palmetto Society hosted the 2021 Breakfast for Impact at Halls Signature Events. Speakers at this year's event shared highlights from the past year and key impact areas. Thank you to all who attended the event onsite and virtually!
2019 Philanthropy & Impact: Your Great Gift, hosted by Trident United Way Palmetto Society, was held on December 3rd, 2019. The event offered donors the opportunity to learn how their generosity has a direct and powerful impact on the community, and reflected on the 2018-2019 Philanthropy & Impact Report.
