Charleston- Picture your block where hundreds of people just left their jobs for the day. They swarm out from everywhere. Some would be at a school hammering together sandboxes while others are down the road repainting a homeless shelter. Right across the street are more people preparing care kits for military families. Right next door, total strangers are showcasing their talents to senior citizens at a lively cook-out.
And every one of them is adorned in a Live United t-shirt.
Now imagine that what you see is just a small segment of the thousands of people joined in a movement across the Lowcountry to help improve the lives of others.
